Design Thinking offers a fresh and practical approach to getting at what really makes customers tick. Design Thinking focuses on understanding the world from the customer’s perspective, the use of creative exploration to advance ideas and solutions, and rapid prototyping to determine early on what will meet customer needs and what has the potential of exceeding their expectations. This course focuses on exposing the working Project Manager with the fundamental ideas and concepts of Design Thinking as it pertains to the discipline of Project Management.
