Securing Your Network

Students who complete the Securing Your Network course demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of network-security essentials, including fundamental principles, encryption techniques, and common security technologies. They exhibit proficiency in network monitoring, threat analysis, and the implementation of secure communication channels. They can also recognize and mitigate a wide range of network threats, configure and manage firewall solutions, and effectively use advanced security tools such as intrusion-detection systems (IDS) and intrusion-prevention systems (IPS).
