Design Thinking to Design Doing Workshop

This 2-day workshop focuses on exposing R&D professionals to the fundamental ideas and concepts of Design Thinking and how they can be used to further the innovation of products and services. Participants will learn how to use customer empathy through observation to gain insights into customer needs and pain points, how to put insights into context using tools such as stakeholder analysis, personas, and customer journey maps, how to develop prototypes to visualize ideas, and how to test these prototypes to gather feedback from users to refine and iterate on ideas. At the end of this workshop, participants will be empowered to better understand and incorporate their customers into the design process and collaborate across functions to innovate new products and services that will delight their customers.
